Doesnt Stream Anything

I hope Im not just an dummy here, but I cant see that this app STREAMS anything. Looks like it just downloads and plays your music from dropbox - I want to stream my music from the cloud. Why would I want to download my music that I just uploaded, rather than just transferring it quickly via iTunes?
